The Lobos (15-3, 4-1 MWC) are ranked No. 23 by the Associated Press and are coming off of a 75-63 victory over the TCU Lady Frogs at the Pit in Albuquerque. UNM currently sits tied for second in the league standings behind Utah.

Rams looking for first MWC home victory

Colorado State is looking for its first home victory of the conference season. Colorado State recorded a team season-high 54 rebounds against Wyoming on Jan. 24 and turned the ball over a season-low eight times in the contest. However, the Rams entered the game averaging nearly six three-pointers per game as a team, but were held to just 1-for-12 from beyond the arc against the Cowgirls.

Up next

The Rams leave the state of Colorado for the first time in two weeks, traveling to sunny San Diego, Calif., for a Saturday matchup with San Diego State. The Rams and Aztecs tip off at 3 p.m. MT from the Cox Pavilion.
