Gluten-free dinner party

Learn about party finger foods that are imaginative, delicious, and gluten free. Get a discount by signing up now for all three classes. The class fee includes recipes, education materials, and lunch.

Want to explore how to hold a fabulous, gluten-free dinner party? This cooking class series will feature various aspects of gluten free living and entertaining. Join Michelle Milholland, M.S., R.D. and students for a series of classes that explores:

  • gluten free entertaining
  • easy substitutions
  • healthful baking

In each class you will learn to make several dishes, and explore ways to make gluten free cooking more nutritious and convenient. The Gluten Free Dinner Party is a great class for anyone interested in gluten free entertaining.

Each class has an optional 30-minute question and answer session after the cooking class.

Party foods that are gluten-free!

We'll take a healthful, gluten free spin on some tasty party foods, and also review ways to make sure your foods are safe from gluten contamination in the kitchen.

Cost

The $20 per class ($10 for CSU students and employees) includes recipes, education materials and lunch. If you register for all three classes and pay in advance, the total cost is just $50 ($25 for employees and students).
