Eat great while going gluten-free

Can't take time out of your day to attend Colorado State University's Nutrition Center's noontime cooking demonstrations? Then tune into the CSU-TV Channel 11's broadcast of the popular gluten-free dining series, which demonstrates healthful gluten-free recipes in a professional kitchen setting.

Eating fish without breading turns out to be a small sacrifice for those who must follow a gluten-free diet.CSU-TV 11 continues its coverage of the Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center cooking and diet series.

Starting Friday, April 22, CSU-TV broadcasts the second installment of the nutrition series that highlights another of CSU’s academic and service-oriented programs.

The hour-long program, presented by The Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center, demonstrates healthful gluten-free recipes in a professional kitchen setting. This is the first in a three-part series, all of which will air on CSU-TV.

The show also airs on:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 p.m. during the week of April 25
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. for the week of May 2

During the week of April 25, part one of the series will run at 7:30 p.m. Both shows will air periodically in the future.
