This year we’ve decided to go back to the basics. Our focus will remain on creative, nutritious food, but with simpler dishes and more attention to the “how-to” of cooking.

Join Michelle Milholland, M.S., R.D. and CSUstudents for some fun food that you really can learn to make at home.

Wow your family, friends

Looking for something simple and healthy to wow your family and friends this holiday season? In this class we will add a creative twist to some easy holiday favorites, while building your confidence in your baking and cooking skills.

Offered from noon-1 p.m. (plus optional 30 minute Q&A) or 6-7 p.m. (plus optional 30 minute Q&A).
